Forge World

No Halloween special this year.
Before the price hike from forge world, I picked up, a bit more than I should, from them. Here are some of the spoils:

All in these really hard to open packaging. Think I spent equal amount of time trying to get in to the package as spent desprueing.
No protection for the models in there from rattling around but I guess there isn’t anything hard that would damage them?

Was really glad to see that White Dwarf acknowledging Blood Bowl and adding a models and on top getting a official Black Gobbo! Has there been any previous official Black Gobbo models? I know there was a conversion guide but haven't seen anything about any actual models before.

When it comes to Gombrindal:
The age of sigmar White Dwarf model, (the repurposed leaping dwarf ) previously: Dwarf Dragon Slayer, can still be bought as Unforged in the disspossed faction) feels quite lacking in comparison to our Gombrindal. I really liked the different themed White dwarfs you could get from subscribing. I would like to pick up the vampire hunter one with the vampire goblin.

Team wizard for the chaos dwarfs. With the new race specific rules for wizards in the journals, it gives a reason to make up several different wizards rather than just making two (one for each side).

I thought I could use these for turn/score markers, cheerleaders and such.

Had trouble justifying this purchase but the goblin standing with the clipboard and a megaphone was just screaming blood bowl to me. He and the other goblin was a pain to desprue. Had to saw along the bottom since the wedge is so thick at the contact point. Was thinking if I could use the orc as a medic but think he’s a bit too much mechanic for that, he’ll go in bits box or trade.

Very expressive pondering confused faces. Probably will swap out what’s being held no current plan but will certainly come in use.

Goblin just looks great when whining about being in pain.
Have had several different ideas for these two not sure what I’ll go with.

Weather mage maybe?
Full model if not camera crew would work well as spectator in the stands.

So much cut off resin, quite heavy as well. Won’t use it for terrain or similar due to the resin dust being unhealthy for you so trying to minimise any unnecessary work with it. Was doing all work desprueing out doors and with mask, might have been a bit overkill but no harm taking extra precautions.
