My Snotling teams are both done and ready to take to the pitch and cause mayhem! It has been a long and convoluted journey of doing both teams in tandem. Would I recommend it? No. Did it go quicker than just doing one team after another? Hard to tell. If I were to go back and do it again, would I preferred to have first done one team then the next? No. Do I feel like I have already commented on The Bobohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09360255261394552405noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3028413478610703266.post-36527361477378309082024-01-28T17:35:00.003+00:002024-02-20T22:29:51.069+00:00Trolls finished for the Blood Bowl Snotling teams
I re-did the zenital primer on my trolls after I had added the extra bits of Blood Bowl kit to them. Then I continued painting with my airbrush to get some practice in. Since they are larger models it seemed like a good choice for practicing on.
I had decent success with doing the grey on their back and the pale grey on the stomach and face. DID YOU KNOW...
Snotlings are loathe to wear team colours or indeed clothes of any sort! To meet kit regulations, coaches will often grab them by the ankle one by one as they run onto the pitch, dipping each into a barrel of paint and covering everything in a single colour barring a small patch on their ankles – The Bobohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09360255261394552405noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3028413478610703266.post-56197792976618024392023-06-25T12:49:00.002+01:002023-07-25T22:44:05.174+01:00Blood Bowl Yhetee and Skrorg SnowpeltMy nordic heritage makes itself known now in the summer heat, and it's easy to get lost in day dreams of the snowy hills of my past. Today I thought I would talk about some alternatives for keeping your Blood Bowl miniatures safe while transporting them, comparing two different cases with protective foam inserts. It has been a bit of a month, but I have managed to do some work on the name generators. I probably should have swapped this one with my introduction post to make something special of it but, who doesn't love some snotlings? The blog just past a quarter of a million page views, so feels like the appropriate time for a post like this. Remember the references are from a couple of years ago! It was probably about the time of the blogs ten years anniversary when I started writing but we have overshot that a bit now.

I was planning to do a series of podcast reviews. It has only been 3 years since the inaugural one, by 2050 I may have even written a third.

There seems to still be a lot of talk about paint mixers so I thought I'd give my views on the subject as an owner of two.
I don't believe in gate keeping the outcome of the articles or the reviews until you have scrolled through tedious time wasting filler and ads.
