Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer

So one of my latest acquiring but apparently no longer available from games-workshop but if you're lucky some retailers may still have one in stock.

Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer front of box
 Front
Assembled with Astromancer observatory
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer back of box
 Back
Assembled with tower top instead
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer top layer of box
 Top layer inside the box
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer base of tower
Ironical it's the two bottom parts of the tower, had to rephrase my text to the picture since it first only read top layer.
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer under insert in box
 Under the "false bottom"
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer sprue 1
Parts for the "pier" seen on the front, some parts to the small tower, some stairs, the bottom and walkways to the large tower.
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer sprue 1 back
 Flipped over.
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer sprue 2
Astromancer observatory and more parts to the small tower.
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer sprue 2 back
  Flipped over.
Warhammer Fantasy Skullvane Manse, Lair of the Astromancer sprue 3 & 4
Two of this sprue so I place one flipped over. Parts for the large tower.

  1. In case you are ever going to paint this set, there are some beautiful pictures at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Games-Workshop-64-51-Warhammer-Fantasy-Skullvane-Manor-Lair-of-the-Astromancer-/182198524668 that might serve as inspiration. :-)

    1. Sorry for late reply. Yes the plan is to paint this piece but keep putting it of even though I been inspired to do it several times, simply because its size. I've been moving a lot and might move soon again, this time across the globe to Australia so will probably put it off until I've got more stable accommodations. But I can't denied I get the painting itch from those awesome pictures, thanks!
